The class instructor that i had is knowledgeable, and did an excellent job structuring the class. The facility is nice
I arrived a few minutes late, the staff was incredibly friendly and advised me not to rush and take my time.. The class was well instructed by Soojin and the poses were challenging but extremely satisfying. The instructions were well explained and I truly enjoyed my experience overall
