Instructor had very clear cues, and established breath well. I felt safe. Flow was assessable to my body and there was room for modification. Appreciated the free flow and guidance in third flow.
Studio was welcoming, I was greeted with a smile.
I came from out of town and didn't bring a towel, I didn't ask for one. A towel basket near showers would be nice for those that are showering.
