Quality space, instructors, and staff. Seems like a great place to grow a yoga practice. I look forward to growing mine there
I loved the instructor
The instructors are awesome
And it's a great space I always get my ass kicked my shay in the best way. The only thing I don't like is flowing on my own. When I don't have cues I forget what I'm doing and it takes me out of the practice completely. I flow on my own at home practice so that's why I come to classes to be guided. I get really lazy when we do that and I usually take child's pose cuz I can't remember what we're even supposed to be doing. Shay is really good at reading the room tho if we're struggling. This isn't a critique to her but to the entire idea of flow on your own that is in most classes. It doesn't spark creativity just frustration and annoyance.
Casey is a wonderful and beautiful person that makes the workshops so inviting. I love the candle 🕯 I made. And the people that intended made the vibe so soothing
