I've been practicing for about 20 years and the teachers at Citizen have pushed me unlike any other organization and I've grown in my practice in the short time I've been at citizen. Elyse especially has helped me so much with my form, my perspective, and my overall practice. I am forever grateful.
All of the hosts had the best energy. I left feeling sooo good. I had not been to a class like this before but I am inspired to attend more. Mainly bc the hosts involved made me feel very comfortable. Jess is amazing!!!
