My wife and I Love Bridgette,she is a great yoga teacher. I feel that I get a great stretch and workout, its not easy for me in some of those positions. I love the challenge. Bridgette also is very very sweet!!!! Alan & Sandy

6am Friday class greets the day with good strong grounded movement and not just simply a stretch into the day. Amberlie’s cueing is clear, specific, well-timed - translates well for virtual class. I could simply relax into listening to the cueing and following each breath. Amberlie seamlessly strikes a natural balance of cueing while watching/interacting with the class and cueing while practicing with the class. Definitely recommend.
