Everything was fabulous concerning the instructor, the bowl music and the player/other instructor. The only issue was I had checked if there was going to be candles or incense burning, they said no, yet there was when I entered. It just amazes me that a group that focuses on health for the mind and the body would have indoor air pollution, and I remember it from some classes, which is why I checked. Cindy was very nice about putting it out when I mentioned it. But again, it just continues to amaze me the push for stuff that causes indoor air pollution. It's really not healthy for our lungs.
