Cindy did a great job of adapting to the 90+ degree rooftop heat. She ensures that the class slowed down, took water breaks, and held space for what the needed. She adapted the end of class to be restorative. Even though I couldn’t only handle about the first half of class due to the heat, I think Cindy did a great job
