Alice is an articulate and kind teacher who keeps the flow going in her classes. I was lucky enough to take two classes with her recently and she is a very good teacher, gave a great class and is a focused instructor. Very good!

It’s great yoga studio. I just signed up for the on-demand. I think the on-demand is missing some videos for sun sulitation like if somebody wakes up in the morning and wants to do five minutes five minutes or 10 minutes sun soulitation , I didn’t find that maybe I Just missed it
