Bethany was so helpful and Anna provided a tour of the studio, shared additional services available and both made me feel welcome. Carly provided great one on one instruction during the class and took time to discuss after class things I need to work on which I greatly appreciated. I look forward to my next class and so glad instructors are familiar with YogaMedics.
