The instructor (can't remember her name unfortunately) was extremely knowledgeable in both the mindfulness and physical aspects of yoga and was great at vocalizing and instructing and guiding those aspects to the class

I used to go to Karma Yoga for years - haven't practiced in a while. Citizen has the right energy & gentleness I need to restart and grow my practice . Tried another studio, it wasn't my cup of tea - aggressive, loud, no philosophy. Very glad to restart with Citizen Yoga 🙏
