• Rick is a great instructor. He’s patient and supportive. I’ve definitely gotten much stronger and learned a lot. He’s also funny.

• We booked a private class with Courtney and she's an amazing teacher. She's so patience with us and showed us how to the ariel and trapeez. She's able to provide different level of supports to each one of us accordng to our fitness level. We had the best time.
