• Lacey provided a calm, flowing, and relaxing massage experience to relieve the stress of this working mom. I could feel the release of tension as she worked head to toe. It was a fantastic experience that I would recommend to anyone who wants to escape from the pressures of life for a while.

• This is by far the best massage I've ever had. Starr Phoenix did an amazing job of educating me about what is going on in my muscles and how it is manifesting in pain and medical diagnoses. She provided me with suggestions of exercises and changes I can work on daily that will enhance healing. The BEST!!
