• I would have chosen 10 but they delayed my pedicure to make room for an "additional service for guest before me". I know that because I was asked when I arrived if I minded my Pedi being pushed thirty minutes. I said no because I had a facial scheduled first & my mom was having a massage at the same time. They did it anyway and I had a long wait between my appts and was just beginning my Pedi when my mom finished her treatment and my grandmother waited in the car 40 minutes more than planned. Very unprofessional especially since we carefully booked those appointments in advance to our trip.
