The atmosphere is relaxing, and Christina always seems to know where I am tense. When I first started going I was undergoing cancer treatment and had a frozen shoulder. Massage had a role in helping me through both these challenges. It has a long tradition in many cultures for very good reasons. I highly recommend Christina for body work.
