• I'm the Wellness Coach for Long Branch Public Schools & the owner of Amy's Yogabilities LLC so I'm always trying out new wellness techniques to support my students and staff. I only did the Cryo full body, but feel so relaxed!!! I get regular massages, go to the Breathing Rooms & Eleven Eleven Therapy nearby for self care wellness, but your cryo I felt the most lasting affect of the parasympathetic nervous system relaxation!
