I do a lot of intense races and fitness events. After competing at NYC Hyrox Saturday I knew the best recovery was gonna be the Cryo treatment at ChillRX Montclair

Great staff. Great equipment. The only downside is the changing rooms that are hot boxes and have no cooling at all. It's brutal to go in there and try and dry off after you've done with the sauna. That would really be the only issue I have.
