I walked in on a whim because I was having some sciatic pain. Jen was very informative about the benefits of cryotherapy and the whole process. I was so nervous since it was my first time trying it but Jen was so calming and she even checked in with me halfway through my session to let me know we were almost done! Today I have so much relief from the pain I was feeling yesterday. I will definitely be back soon :)!
