The manager, Hannah, was fantastic. She called me back within minutes of the location opening and responded to 5-6 questions. On the day of the appointment, I had clear expectations. I was greeted so nicely, and the lady who helped me (I can't think of her name), was awesome. She explained everything, was relatable, and made me feel comfortable Bc she was not overly selling me.
