  • I loved my experience, but I wish I was told about the parking situation. The cash meter wasn't working so I had to download the app once inside. That wasn't downloading, then once it did, I was finally able to use the facilities. I only got 15 mins of time (because of the parking trouble) and didn't know anything about how the timing of the appointments worked. When setting up the appointment, it would have been really helpful to let me know about the parking and to plan for some extra time and to let me know my 25 minutes was being cut down to 15. The girls at the front desk that day were absolutely wonderful. It just would have made my experience much less stressful if the above things were explained to me over the phone. (I live 35 mins away and I'm not entirely familiar with Montclair). So just for other customers in the future, please make sure those things are better explained. Other than that, I will definitely be buying a package and will be looking forward to coming back !
