• The lady working was enthusiastic and VERY knowledgeable about her job. This was our first time doing cryo and she couldn't have explained things any better, she answered all our questions, and made the experience go very smoothly. Then after my husband and I were done she gave us a tour of the facility, not doing the standard "look what what we have that you need", but actually teaching us about the science behind the services offered. The cryo therapy it's self was amazing, it was super quick and not uncomfortable as I thought it would be. Afterwards my foot pain was eased, I felt fresh and revived. We fully intend to make this one of our regular self care routines.
