• It was my first visit, so I wasn't sure what to expect. My appointment happened on time, that's huge! The atmosphere was wonderful, & the level of professionalism & knowledge demonstrated by Kim showed that seasoned, talented staff are an asset. You can see the pride in every detail of the spa. No one tried to sell me more, more, more, which I have experienced elsewhere and it's a huge turn off when you're trying a place for the first time.
