Very disappointed with experience. The woman who did my facial name Ariel Y. was unprofessional and rude. I called and made appointment for this facial. When I call the man who talk to me said he will honor my Groupon which will be one day expired today. So I walk in and this lady start saying he's in training and I guess he do t know what he's doing.well I have to pay more money which I shouldn't because he said he will honor it. First experience and bad one. So the extra money I had to pay can be her tip.
When I walk in was one nice lady who welcome me so nicely so that was only one nice thing. She can teach the rude one how to run the place. I definitely don't recommend this lady name Ariel Y.

We had a wonderful experience. Weren't sure what to expect and was scared but Dan was very comforting and explained everything. We had a great time chilling and laughing the afternoon away. Thanks Dan and thanks Curt. We will definitely come back again and recommend this experience to all our friends.Yes!

We loved Chill! It helped us recover quickly from the Disney Half marathon so we could do the full marathon the following day. We wouldn't have done as well as we did without Chill! Highly recommend!

CHILL saved my legs after the 48.6 miles Dopey Challenge.. Karen is fantastic in distracting me from the cold and the whole ambience is just so friendly and welcoming that I definitely will visit again next time in town.
