• Kim is amazing!!! Everytime we go we have so much fun. My fianc and I bring our 17 month old sometimes so one day she bought a bunch of toys for the baby to play with while we get our session done. I always feel comfortable and "chill" when I go haha. The Cryosauna itself is so relaxing and amazing for my skin. Can't wait to go back

• Chill Cryosauna is a great way to rejuvenate your body. After a 3 minute chill sauna and 10 minutes on the T-Rex machine I feel great. It's like having a reset button for your body. The staff is amazing and it's a short 15-20 minutes total time that your mind and body will thank you for. Thanks Dagan and staff for coming to New Smyrna Beach.

• I'm a total insomniac who refuses to use unnatural substances to fix the issue. Both times I have chilled I slept soundly without waking in the middle of the night. Was able to function like a superstar after actually sleeping. I will be back!
