• The elixir of life, the fountain of youth. Cryotherapy was the secret weapon of Russian athletic prowess in the 80's and 90's. You remember the scene in Rocky with Dolph Lungren ;-) train so hard you don't think you will be able to walk the next day. Have three minutes of cryotherapy and go back and train just as hard the next day. Amazing for scar reduction, post surgical swelling reduction, migraines, concussions and arthritis.
