• It's been four years since I have been in a gym and Steph really knows how kick ass. The work out was great and she was motivational keeping me moving and motivated to continue working out. Even though I felt like my lungs were going to pop. LOL... definitely happy that I choose this gym and look forward to the total body transformation. Thanks Steph!
