• The instructor was very knowledgeable about what we were doing. He was very patient with me and took his time really letting me get the mechanics. Every question I had he had an answer to. The other people in the gym were also very very helpful. The were just as kind but also straightforward in what I needed to correct which I really appreciated. They are not soft, they are direct. That is the perfect attitude to have in this game. 10/10
