• I have been attending classes at CBD for approximately two months now and I must say that I am thoroughly impressed. The scheduling process is efficient and well-organized. The staff members are amazing - they are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I need. The facilities are spotless and very well-maintained. What's more, the video feedback feature available in the studio pool is an excellent way to learn. My experience with Coach Abby has been absolutely incredible. She is approachable, provides constructive feedback, and maintains an unwavering positivity that has been instrumental in keeping me motivated to learn this challenging sport. I am extremely grateful to have her as my instructor since the very beginning. I highly recommend Coach Abby and CBD to anyone looking to learn and improve their skills.
