  • They care, they treat you royalty, they make it happen, then on top of that they make sure you are satisfied by giving you a complementary adjustment if needed.
  • The only thing I would like to see is some sort of loyalty discount or benefit. Relative to other things we do for ourselves this service is very pricey (like nails). I can see you have a customer database why not have some sort of tiered discount for your loyal customers ? Just a thought based on being a marketing professor. Thanks !
