• First of all Chemel was very easy to get to. I was a little concerned that parking would be tough on a Saturday afternoon but it was no problem at all. I was very warmly greeted by reception and Kelsea introduced herself to me not even two minutes after that. My entire visit was extremely pleasant. I think I may have found I want to go to from now on. I even recommended it to my husband!

• Rachel is amazing! She always knows what I need and want for my hair. She takes the time to get to know me and always makes me feel comfortable! The staff are super friendly also. They are very accommodating even when I need to drag my son along! I always leave feeling better and looking better! Such a great place!

• Most of us knows how difficult it is to find a great salon/stylist ; especially when you're new to the area. So, I did a quick search online and followed the reviews and ended up at Che'Mel Salon. So glad I did! I was welcome in a heart warming way. My stylist Alisha, was professional and so down to earth and that's very important to me because it opens the door to good communication where I'm very comfortable expressing my likes and dislikes . While Alisha was doing my color, another stylist jumped in to help and I noticed right away the great teamwork . They have one goal: To make you feel beautiful and smile; and they did just that! I left the salon with a spring in my step, feeling awesome. I think that's what it's all about. Mission accomplished!

• Kelsea did an amazing job. She listened to my hair routine (nonexistent) and what I wanted for my hair & fixed what a precious employee there messed up. I had a previous experience that was awful & rushed & NOT what I asked for but they no longer work there so any employee you get now is wonderful. Especially Kelsea. We talked about maybe bangs & she said to think about it, let my hair grow out a bit & see how I like it & if I still want bangs (I was on the fence about them) then to book a FREE bang trim & she'd give me bangs in 15 min. Wow! Incredible service & I can't wait to be back. OH AND she actually curled my hair exactly the way I asked (beach waves) which has never happened in my 22 years of going to get my hair cut. So thank you, Kelsea, can't wait to see you again!

• I've been going to Chemel for 4 or 5 years. I mostly see Ashley, but I've seen almost every other stylist as well and everyone is fantastic. I've even taken advantage of their stylist in training and brought my mom in (someone who doesn't really believe in pampering herself or spending money on haircuts or coloring) it's a perfect way to treat someone who doesn't want to spend a ton of money on themselves. All their services are great and would recommend. It to anyone.
