I was immediately comfortable with her and felt that she understood and listened to what I wanted from my haircut (a beautiful, low maintenance cut), she answered my many questions about hair care, and they even gave me samples to try before I decide which product to commit to. I left with a great haircut I feel confident I can maintain and keep looking great. All around lovely experience, I will be back!
