Chella Brow Bar - Pasadena

Stellar service! Saw a special for the Classic Brow on Groupon and after checking reviews scheduled a very last minute appointment for my 16 year old daughter. As this was the first time my daughter was having her brows done I was one nervous mom. Thankfully I had nothing to worry about! Danielle spent a considerable amount of time explaining how she was going to shape and clean up my daughter's brows. She constantly checked her work to be sure it was perfect and that my daughter was pleased. I highly recommend her brow work.

My first time here with a Groupon for a classic brow makeover. There is a parking lot in the building. Looks like they validate it for two hours but I'm not 100% sure because I parked on the street as there were plenty of spaces right next to the building.

I got there quite a bit earlier than my scheduled appointment but Aasiya was kind enough to help me right away. She waxed and tweezed my brows and shaped them quite nicely. I am happy with her work and it was super easy, in and out and on my way in less than half an hour. I no have eye brows ready for a Friday evening!

I found Chella through a Groupon and performed my normal research through Yelp to see what the reviews were like. I trust my fellow Yelpers and there were plenty of pictures to encourage me to give it a try. I'm very careful of allowing anyone to do my eyebrows so I was definitely taking a chance here.

I recognized Danielle right away as she looks just like her picture. She was friendly and talkative, actually I learned that we both have the same birthday so that was pretty cool.

I told her that I have only had my eyebrows shaped by others probably three times in my life so I put her under a lot of pressure. She took my comment in with stride and didn't hesitate to dig in like the pro that she is. She showed me what she was going to wax before doing anything and listened to my wishes to keep my brows full, but also offered that she could make suggestions to me as to what the most attractive shape was for my face.

All in all, she did such an excellent job that I brought a friend of mine to her the very next day. She originally had an appointment scheduled at some upscale, shishi poopoo type of place in Beverly Hills and I encouraged her not to go. She trusts me just as much as I now trust Danielle so we called and were able to get fit in between appointments.

Now me and my friend are an awesome eyebrow duo that can't be stopped.

I highly recommend seeing Danielle, just be clear about what you want, she'll go slow and make sure you are happy.

I love my brows, Danielle did a great job she really takes her time perfecting the shape of your brows.

Just finished my first appointment here and Aasiya was amazing!! I explained to Aasiya how I moved to Pasadena 6 months ago, and felt like I lost the shape of my brows while trying to find the right place to have them done at. Well Aasiya brought my brows back to life! She even taught me how to define and highlight them with the Chella products. I'm very minimal when it comes to make up so having my brows look great are my #1 thing.

I had a groupon for the classic brow make over. (Boy did my brows need a make over! I was Aasiya. She was fast and very accurate! She really knows how to shape eyebrows. I naturally have some weird eyebrows so I was impressed. A lot of places tend to go way too thin because of how weird my brows are.
I will be returning!

This is literally my favorite waxing place I've ever been too! My brows have never looked so good!

Dannielle is very sweet and has an extremely gentle hand. Idk how she did it, but everywhere else I have gone to they take away too much hair and they never match! Now that I've found her, I won't be going anywhere else!!

I also tried eyebrow tinting for the 1st time and I can't believe I've waited so long to do it! It made them so much more vibrant and defined, I highly recommend it! Oh, and she even shows you how to properly fill in your brows, so you don't end up looking like Groucho Marx haha!! I love their products too, my eyebrows stayed in place all day and didn't fade!
