Customer service is fantastic. The environment is full of class and that's what makes it a nice sanctuary to escape too. I was planning on only doing my lashes for a wedding and then I just kept coming back bc it became something that once every two weeks I could do for myself in a chill and super friendly environment. Upscale quality place for sure :)
