I've been attending for about 18 months. The teachers are extremely knowledgeable, supportive and warm. I really appreciate the physiology knowledge of the staff and their never ending ability to adapt exercises to suit all. Classes never seem to be pushing people to do exercises for the sake of feeling "like it's a hard workout"; the effects are huge but it might not be immediately apparent. I appreciate the hands on adjustments and corrections. I also like how diverse CA Pilates is. There are such a range of people in classes.
