• I came in with a lot of tightness and knots in my back and shoulders, and Pen was absolutely wonderful. She is very knowledgeable, kind, and professional, and she knew exactly how to work on the problem areas. The massage was perfect, and I left feeling completely relaxed with no more tightness. But it was frustrating, while I was traveling and unable to return your calls in the days before my visit, that my efforts to respond by text and email were apparently ignored. (If you're going to call FROM a number, it should be possible to respond by text TO that number.)
