• The ladies that teach at this studio and the memebers that attend are AMAZINGLY welcoming, knowledgeable and kind! Ive been in gyms the majority of my life as a professional athlete and I’ve never felt so supported . I attend enthusiastically and leave fulfilled EVERY TME! So excited to have found them. • Michelle is extremely knowledgeable and all the staff is very friendly and familiar with their craft! You truly learn a TON in just one class period and they’re happy to give you as much as you can handle whereas other studios only teach based on their predetermined cut off.
