• I was comfortable from the moment I walked when the front desk smiles and had my paperwork ready to go with the necessary portions for my signature and initials already highlighted. I was shown to a room promptly and the nurse seemed warm. Heather came in shortly after and described what she would be using and WHY, plus what kind of look she wanted for my under eyes. Comfortable procedure-talked me through what was happening and added much appreciated small talk. Heather and her nurse were very open and caring in demeanor. They spoke positively about my appearance while validating that I was a good candidate for the procedure. I had an anxiety attack and they were quick to comfort and aid without making me feel embarrassed, even offering suggestions for coping with anxiety going forward. Thank God for nice people. I had begun to wonder if they were still around with all the craziness in the world right now.
