• I love Heather - she is so smart & so capable. But I took a point off because I waited 20 minutes (no big deal) in the lobby with two young women from Chicago. They had their luggage - no masks - walking and talking and touching all the display products. Laughing, joking, with the staff behind the desk. One of the girls was coughing. I moved, changed chairs, because they were freaking me out. Right before I left my house for this appointment I received & had to 'click' on part of an email. It was a city map, color coded, showing the increase % of virus here....Made me feel safe. Until I sat in the lobby.
