When Heather came into the room she had an ease about her that I liked, easy to talk to, talked me through every step of the process. She took her time, paused when I needed a second, and the whole procedure itself was a massive success. I'm very very happy with my results and even into today I have extremely minimal bruising which proves that she knew what she was doing. Thank you to the whole staff for making my first aesthetic experience a good one 😊
