Excellent service!
I was referred by a friend to Heather. I had never been to her or this facility so wasn't sure what to expect. The lobby was welcoming as were the 2 girls @ the front desk. Once I filled out my paperwork and was checked in I was offered complimentary water & coffee. Nice touch

I was called back by Tiffany ( I think that was her name) Heather's assistant. She asked me a few questions about what I was interested in doing that day ( Botox, Filler) and when or if I'd had injections before. She then excused herself from the room and said Heather would be with me shortly.

I waited about 10 min before Heather my esthetician walked in. She was kind, warm and gorgeous. All the things you would want from someone who was about to stick a needle in your face several times.

She was highly knowledgeable and actually talked me out of filler. Which made me feel confident she wasn't just after a sale. I was very pleased with her ability to listen to my concerns, provided great recommendations and her ability to administer the Botox was virtually painless!

I have already scheduled my next appt for micro-needling which is a fraction of the cost of fillers but what Heather recommended I do to promote collagen instead.

BTW it been 24 hours since my appointment and my forhead is looking fab

Love your front staff and the medical assistants, but most my Heather, she is the bestest. Is like talking to my BFF even though I only see her a few times a year

This company is very professional and accommodating. The offices are decorated very nicely, and everything is super clean. I am happy with my results so far and am starting to become a regular customer.

This facility is beautiful and welcoming. The staff was kind and accommodating. My clinician was so nice and very knowledgeable. Kinslee did an amazing job on my fillers!

I have always had an issue with migraines from biting and grinding and decided to seek out masseter botox as I heard it does help with this problem.

I made an appointment with Heather and boy was I impressed. She is the real deal. During her consultation, she seeks info to get to the root of the issue and then she will recommend the correct procedure (if any is necessary).

I decided to try the injections although I must say needles make me nervous. She assured me that there would be little to no pain at all and sure enough, pain was zero!

To date I would say it was a total success. Thank you Heather and staff there. I will be back. :-)

Wonderful experience from the nurses to the front desk staff and the Doctor they all are comforting, and welcoming. I love Dr. Heather she is soo wonderful, and funny and makes you feel comfortable and at ease. I will definitely go back.

One word ladies and gents, Kinslee!
She is phenomenal at what she does.
I'll admit I am not the best patient, because I am totally terrified to mess with my beautiful face and i have a low tolerance for pain. However, Kinslee has a way of making you feel comfortable and confident in her skills. I'm thrilled with my results! And it's been less than 24 hours!
Not to mention, she is simply outstanding with a needle. I was expecting the pain to be at a 7,8,9 and it was a 0-1. My only regret was not seeing her sooner!

I should have left this long ago! I love Heather and her practice. I moved from Vegas over 3 years ago and although I don't visit as much as I should, she is still my only and "go to" doctor for my face. Literally the ONLY one I trust. She is human, not fake, yet professional, knowledgeable, understanding, etc. she continues to educate herself and gain accreditation. I have dabbled outside of her office in pure desperation and honestly have regretted it every single time.

I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for injections, lasers, facials etc.....
