Great workout. Challenging and different. Got a good sweat. Coach was great in providing feedback on posture. Music 🎶 was to the beat as well.
Love Casa! Have been a member in the past and recently came back. As soon as you walk in you can feel your stress just melt away. Hot yoga was a delicious addition to my weekly workouts.
Today was my first time takin Strong 45 and it made me work!!! I absolutely loved it and will definitely take it again.
