Excellent instructors , amazing management and ambassadors! A totally safe and well oiled machine ! I can't say enough about Casa Yoga ... everything you need nestled into one place . Mediation and peace wrapped up in one . I would highly recommend Casa Yoga to anyone wanting to find peace , mental health and physical fitness wrapped up in one !
