Pauline has made feel very welcomed. I have always felt a bit uncomfortable trying out the classes because everyone seems so advanced all the time. Today we shared a class and after class she came up to me and asked me how I felt. She reinforced once again that consistency is the key. She then later introduced me to the manager. Definitely a great coach and amazing person.
