Best instructor ever
It was my first attempt at yoga, and although I struggled, the options to modify were really well explained and I didn't feel any pressure to do more than I felt comfortable doing.
Casa yoga changed my life! Yoga helps me stay physically fit, helps me reduce stress and anxiety, and I am able to tie my hair without my arms getting tired. 😜 Seriously though, Casa Yoga is truly amazing! The instructors are the best! The facility is clean and welcoming. Love it! 🙌🏼🧘🏻♀️💕✨
