very easy to keep up with instructions, fast paced. I like that we are told in advance whats the next position.

I didn't really have the confidence and an hour before the class I washaving second thought. I was feeling intimidation of going in thereand second guessing if I could keep up. The instructor and the classtruly made me feel welcomed and push my limits and kept up! I lefthappy, confident, and proud!! The instructor was amazing!!
