The instructors are amazing and the environment is wonderful
It was my first ryde class with Melissa and at no point did I ever feel intimidated or lost in what was going on. Melissa was a great instructor, very encouraging and pushed me to do better and go harder without ever making me feel unsafe or insecure about my abilities. I loved this class and the instructor Melissa. Her words were so encouraging, motivating, and we had fun in the class!! Best exercise and instructor I have ever had in my life!!!
