I joined Yoga about a week ago due to cancer. Chemo took a toll on me and I feel that this classes have helped me tremendously on my joints and bone pain. It has also helped me with my energy. I did some research on what could help me get back on track after chemo. The options were acupuncture and yoga. I tried acupuncture did not like and did not helped. I feel that yoga is helping me health wise as-well.
