I love my morning classes with Alejandra, Susy& Aleksandra; each one is very special.
I really liked the class because the teacher had a lot of knowledge, she knew how to explain each position and how it benefits your mind and body. I am very happy that casa yoga offers classes like the one this morning where you work your body and your mind, yesterday's class at 7am with alejandra also had a very special touch with the sounds that she incorporated into the class. My review of today's class is: Excellent !!!
