The moment I stepped foot into CY, I felt welcomed and supported. Everything on the app is so convenient. My first class was perfect and relaxing, and got me to sign up for three months. I am looking forward to accountability, stretching my mind and body, and improving my mind and health. My first instructor was very welcome and praised my efforts. I felt seen. I've completed my first week and have enjoyed the variety of classes and teachers. The words/affirmation during class are just what I need to hear to get me focused, as well as end my days and start anew. #CYtribe
