I've had great personal experiences with two different instructors. Also, I've truly enjoyed being remembered and asked about how my experience was from a gentleman that may be the owner?-after him only encountering me briefly outside on my first day. He just genuinely seemed to care and remembered who I was right after my second class. I also appreciate the encouragement provided by multiple instructors. It can sometimes be intimidating, starting from scratch, and I definitely feel like those whom I've spoken to and not there to judge, but to help and heal. I believe that's one of the best things about about a good yoga studio.
