I find Kara's Gamma Breathwork class very therapeutic
Kara was very welcoming, inclusive and encouraged new students to go at their own pace. You could feel that she was teaching from a loving place. There was a sense of community even in a virtual setting. I would be curious to try other classes. Keep up the good work!

It couldn't of been a more smoother process via zoom. Whitney is an amazing teacher and leader in the yoga community and it was a great workout physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Namaste 🙏
